All of the ingredients in the cookbook are based on whole, natural food ingredients. 

So you’ll have things like nuts, nut flours, natural sugars (maple syrup, honey, etc) and eggs. I also love adding seeds like hemp seeds (that's probably the most unusual ingredient - it's available on if you can't find it in your grocery store).

There is such a variety of recipes in the cookbook that you can pick and choose which ones you want to try – and I suggest reading the ingredients before you get started.
